Just picked up my 4th combat lid m42 et60

Just got this for a very reasonable price, its a et60 with partial leather liner and chin strap, I had someone tell me it looks like a Kia helmet due to the color of whats left of the leather but I am new to the combat Lids so is the liner like that from age and poor storage also looks like one end of chin strap was cut but maybe just my bad eyesight :/ but here's pictures of it, lmk what you think

Hi, that does look like a possible KIA helmet, the rot however does not look dark enough for blood unless that is just the lighting, it is normally black. Either way, a true combat lid. Leon.

Leon I will have it in hand Saturday and post better pics, I got it from a buddy of mine who collects mainly medals and this was part of a grouping he bought
