Kriegsmarine or Heer Helmet??

Article about: Hi, I read the "Wehrmacht Combat Helmets 1933-45" book from Osprey Publishing and i have a question about one helmet i've seen for sale: Is this one a Heer or Kriegsmarine Helmet??

    First Helmet is Army helmet that they call a toned Heer with yellowing (ageing) to decal KM deep gold in color and not the off white yellow. Just what I have seen throughout years. timothy
