Unissued and absolutely new. Wow...if I would have seen this out and about, the first thought would have been "Man! This has Got to be a repro!". What an awesome KM! I totally agree with Doug-it Has to be one of the best out there anywhere!

Here are a couple of more shots of it. You can see the rusty patches and scuff marks. It was found laying on a street outside a naval barracks in May, 1945, in Brevik, Norway (near Porsgrunn). The blemishes may be damage from it being pitched out a window or something.
Here it is side by side with a lot number mate (DN110). Note how worn the finish is on the medic helmet.
Stunning! Solid gold.
