A decent-looking M40 shell...But I can't comment on the Kriegsmarine theory...

Hi , the second helmet looks like a single decal HEER M40 to me. As for the first one , I have seen Luftwaffe helmets in this shade of blue as well as the odd kriegsmarine. Leon.
