Yes even without liner.
They are just not seen very often.
I have seen them go even highter for very rare medical insignia.

Okay, thank you all you have been a huge help. Unfortunaly I didn't get it. It came into some others hand for 140$ I bid but someone had auto bid and bid over me all time, just 1 min left i hadn't time enough to bid over his limit. But I have learned something new! Thanks,

They don't snip you, they just enter an extremely high number in the last eight seconds. The "sniper" is a waste, you just need to know how to work the system. I tell you this due to I don't waste my time with eBay anymore. It takes to long to find a true original item. Time I'd rather spend making money, studying originals, or learning German. Good luck on your collecting.

Sniper is not a waist, I use it all the time. For example try www.gixen.com. And about the eBay - the problem is that collectors from USA can not bid on most German or Austrian eBay auctions and I'm not sure if You can see these auctions when You are outside EU. On German ebay there many original WWII items for example (and of course many fakes too).
