Luftwaffe SE64 double decal M35 helmet

Article about: One I owned some years back and managed to get it back again recently. Helmet is a Luftwaffe SE 64, it has a dome stamp, although it is fairly faint now, the batch number is #4283, and a 193

    I'm drooling over here. Simply a stunning pair of lids.

    I'm now feeling inhibited about posting any of mine, because they all fall short of these two.

    Mine look like they were used as shovels to dig foxholes compared to yours, but I'll try to snap some photos. Well, I do have one really minty Heer M40 that probably sat out the war on a shelf... like it's doing now... but my Luft ones are no where near the condition of yours.

    Bob, I'm going to warn you... I have a real screamer of a Luft helmet inbound.

    I would have never gotten it, but a friend was attending an auction in Germany and was bidding there for me. He ignored my limits and decided to be "in it to win it" - with my money of course.

    If the photos are realistic, I'll be OK with his actions when it arrives.

    And now I wait...
