    No not always, and with a reissue like this it would be less common still.

    That's not to infer this is a good helmet, as we are still waiting on new pics but it seems we have an experienced consensus in the negative already. If in doubt pass. How much is the seller asking out of interest?

    I would expect a Droop-Tail decal, and not the one we see here...
