It is impossible to say anything about the decal without closeup photo's
The liner isn't WWII German.
What are the makers stamp on the rim?

Trademarks are the following, the N106 gets back and side Q64

The swastika -or remnants thereof- on the decal is in the wrong place. The eagle is supposed to be clutching the swas with it's foot -you can see where the foot is... it's not even close. It looks like it is
sh!tting the swastika out.

The maker's markings look curious as well... it is usually seen like the 'Q64' -stamped from the inside out. However, the 'N106' is stamped from the outside in. Can you see the stamping from the outside of the helmet?

Just a theory... the 'N106' may very well be a re-issue stamping. Norway received many real helmets after the war for it's own military's use and this may be a 'N'orweigian re-issued helmet. This may explain the wrong liner. Someone would have then added the decal for profit.

Today I have been researching a bit about the town and I found these two links where I think if I mistake not showing the fusion to the helmet.
By the number of marking may be a helmet: M º 1935/52 (40/52)
and inside is a: Hull 58 M º FJ
But I'm not really sure why I ask for your help.

The drawstring looks like a shoestring, it even looks like it has the aglet on the tip. I also agree with Mil Spec, the swastika is too close to the tail. The chinstrap doesn't look right either. It has stitching around the buckle and looks way too new. I would pass on this one, just my personal opinion.

Apart from the obvious errors there is also the fact that someone doesnt know how a liner goes into a shell , which looks post war anyway

The decal (at best) appears to have been de-nazified... and the swastika remnants added later... in the wrong place.

Post war police? - 10 tongues, zig zag stitching and perforations on the front - how about a repainted post war M52 made by Quist? - probably has the round cork spacers removed and a larger size liner fitted to make a snug fit, but fitted the wrong way around.
