LW helm...possible pick...but have concerns opinions

I would like start with, these are not pics at hand, and yes...I wish they were better. I did see it first hand. My concerns are; the tri color shield. At close up the eagle looks good to me, but being a m42, why does it have the tricolor shield? The color is a real good Luftwaffe color...but has what appears to be a pistol bullet dent( I only say that because it didn't go through). The asking price is 300...this would be a local pick. Just wondering from the experts out there. Thanks guys

hello , i would leave this and run at 300 bucks! the eagle is very white looking and is suspiciously scratched, this brings me to it being a m42 and double decal oh and a civic helmet liner!

Hi,not even close to a genuine DD Luftwaffe helmet(genuine M42 shell,thats it!!),both decals are fake(and not great quality at that)and a re-placed liner. Leave this stinker well alone my friend!! Leon.

Ruined. A nice m42 shell turned to junk. For 400 you could get a nice no decal m42.

not only has it been ruined but 'liner' is'nt even attached to the helmet !!!, i wonder what you would have got when the postie arrived???
