My opinion - fake decals. Not sure about the helmet itself, an unusual one at least. Strap looks brand new.

Seems to be the classic cartoonish LW fake decal.

Hi, for me, the national shield decal looks brand new with a much deeper red than an original. Not a helmet I would pursue. Leon
