    Thanks guys. It really is one of those helmets that "talks". It saw alot of use after it was painted over the first time and alot more use after the camo paint was applied.

    Nice Patina on that lid I love the way all the paints wore off the top of the helmet you can shur tell it was set down lots .

    That type of wear, over a period of years, and patina, would be extremely hard to fake.

    It is a nice lid Phil and you are right there I think it would be very hard to fake the wear and patina.
