M 35 re-issue

G'day All,
I would just like to share my first Heer combat helmet.
Named, SE64 M-35 re-issue. Appears to have had a replacement rear rivet some time in the past and it's minus a chin strap. It seems that the old Tri-colour is attempting to burst through the re paint which is the main reason I purchased it. Decal and a half.



I believe the owner was a Paymaster.

I saved 1 and 2 dollar coins for a couple of years to fund this my first TR combat lid.
I think I purchased an OK Helm but any opinions would be appreciated gents.

A nice reissue with an early un reinforced aluminum banded liner. Remember what Ray Milland said and take heed - "One is too many and a million is not enough!" Congrats on your first and good hunting. Jim G.

I like it! Love the apple green color under the lid and the national colors decal showing through.

Anyone know what the ink stamp is over the lot number?

Well done Dave on your first (and not last I suspect) HEER M35 helmet. A very nice re-issue example and I love the way the paint has over time "split" away from the decals surface. Leon.
