M 40 Shell opinions please....

This was the first helmet shell i bought and seeing as i have been offered a few duff ones i thought i would ask the Jedis on here for help....Is this the real deal or another fake...cost me £100....a little steep? Decal seems well faded and matches helmet to my eyes but need eyes of expert. Thanks for looking.Dale

the inside is good marked with Q 62. its the decal I was unsure of as I have been offered a few duff ones. looking for a liner to go with it at the moment.

Looks like a good shell. Decal might be good, just rubbed a lot. Most of the tell-tale detail is gone. A super close up pic of the decal would be helpful, under better, natural lighting.

Good honest shell, 100£ seems like a fair price, even if it doesn't have a liner. Not a bad start
