M16 police helmet

On a double decal m16 police helmet, would you expect to have a steel banded ww1 style liner or the m31 liner, or we're both types used.

i would think m31 liner but wait and see what the rest say

You would find the M31 liner used in most cases if not all. When they were reissued for WW2 most were upgraded with new liner suspension.

If still serviceable the original earlier liners might still be used, but the majority would have the M31 I'd imagine.

I'd agree, an M31 liner would be the most likely you would expect to find.
