So, clue the rest of us in,guys-what was the top bid? And, I agree-I,too, think the "reserve amounts" are just a scam to get a free evaluation of something someone doesn't actually want to sell. They should be eliminated. Figure what's the absolute Least you can accept for something and start it out around there. I've seen guys for years avoiding listing fees by starting at a cent and putting a secret reserve on the item that was in the Thousands. Is a total rip,these sellers that do that stuff. Who in the real world tells you "I want to sell you this thing, but I'm Not going to tell you what I Want for it!"? If I see the word "Reserve", I automatically click out and move on the the next. Ridiculous...
