Nice, tiny transitional! The stamp in the liner leather almost looks like 1933, not 1931.

I have an issue with the Heer decal , I fear it is a bad one Paul.
The tricolor looks dug so the other one was probably too and maybe restored.
The chinstrap is also a hybrid it seems as these really early lids have the rollerbuckle straps. This one has a part of that but the other part also seems added more recently than WW2.
Here's how such a strap should look. Also on an M18 DD Heer with very early 1931 hardware. Often they are broken as they are fragile on one side.
