Beautiful lid! I feel the same way, i just picked up my first German lid and it is a Lufty and i cant stop looking at it! Yours sure is a beaut though!

That's so true mate. My collection is changing shape at the moment towards fewer, but much nicer examples, all since I received my first untouched lid. They are just like crack, but far far more expensive
