Yes, it is not in period condition, but I like to buy cheap helmets and restore them. I just never seen single number, well two numbers stamped like that.......... I have no idea that that means.by Schwerpunkt
I'll defer to Schwerpunkt but close up I'm not sure this is an original lid, and if it is, it's been heavily worked/sanded. I've also never seen those odd circles...
just my opinion however.
