M35 helmet

I found this helmet at an online auction! I think it looks okay
what do you think! What would you roughly pay for it?

Hi Kemi ,I would not go crazy with your money on this M35, a genuine double decal it is but with the Adler removed and the heavy "scrubbing" that the rest of the shell appears to have had, it is not that desirable. The liner is good and looks original to the helmet as it has the early square chinstrap bales but I think the chinstrap itself is probably a fake. At the end of the day it's worth what you are prepared to pay for it. Leon.

At first I was like, " why was the Adler decal removed or painted over as opposed to the tri-color, as per 1940 regulation?". I then thought about the potential it was altered after the war, due to the Swazi , but why not just remove the Swazi? Hmm...idk

thanks so much for your help. I did buy it, but i did not pay top $ for it.
I will use it for My POA uniform.
