I typically dont get too involved in price discussions but for $333 its a real good buy once you remove that ungodly tricolour.

333 is an odd price but what the heck? I would snap it up. I purchased a LW M42 lid with a good branch decal and a bogus national socialist "decal" crudely painted on the other side. No doubt a post war addition meant to gussy it up. It came off quite easily and now I have a decent SD M42. Go for it. NH

I've seen a british chinstrap used on a german helmet before, I would leave that on. Hard to say when it was added, but it looks like an honest helmet other than the tri color decal. If you're lucky the tri-color decal might come off nicely... looks like it's flaking off. Great price at $333.

That's a bargain at that price and the fake tri-colour looks as though it's flaking off already so I think you will get a very nice single decal Q "bigfoot" helmet! Leon.
