From what I can see, it's a reissue M35 by Quist. The markings will be there but obscured by paint I expect.

This is a Quist M35 from Ken N's site. Compare the lines, angles and vents, especially noting the high and steep forehead, and the sweep of the beginning of the skirt at the side. It is a different size I think.

I think te shell and liner are original. Now whether they belong together Im not sure. I've never seen a liner protrude from the dome like that. I believe this would happen if the liner is too small.

I like the helmet.
I do not think you will get it for 200$ a good liner goes for that price.
I think 300$ would be a good deal.
