I think the decals are ok. But it is a hard call for me to say for certain. Compare the two pictures, the other one is a known original
The M42 helmet is the most easy to find helmet, but not if it is a RAD model
RAD original helmets are difficult to find, with the original RAD decals, because, the RAD used most of all, the standard helmets of the Luftwaffe

I would like to see a better picture of the first decal without the flash.
The second one is a fake.
looks like there is 2 different type of decals on the helmet.

Hi , looks to me as though the first decal(image with the flash)has been applied on top of a large scratch to the steel and then an attempt has been made to "match up" the scratch on the surface of the decal. Leon.
