Re: M42 SD Heer Camo
So far not liking the camo , step 2 would be to ascertain it is an ET or CKL and know the lotnr.
Would like to see a better photo of the strap as well. And a much better decal close-up.

Re: M42 SD Heer Camo
The paint looks recently applied and deliberately aged in appearance.

Re: M42 SD Heer Camo
I do not like what I see.
But the pictures could be the problem.
Would like better pictures.

Re: M42 SD Heer Camo
I'm not feeling it. Pictures as mentioned are not that great. The paint does not have the look of 70 year old paint.

Re: M42 SD Heer Camo
I told the seller earlier that I would like to have the lot number and maker and some close ups, but there is a bit of a language barrier. I'll post them as soon as I can. Thanks for the help so far.

Corey

Re: M42 SD Heer Camo
Hi there cory, i must admit from these pictures i tend to agree with the others on this one.The cammo looks very smooth and even, like a small gauge nozel has been used to apply it.It also is very shiney although that may be wax and it does'nt seem to have much variation either, alot of "chips" but not much "wear??" I agree the decal could be a good ET but i think this lids been messed with, Leon.

Re: M42 SD Heer Camo
Put it this way, unless the seller starts with good photos, don't waste your time asking for more. That said asking for better photos did land me one of the best helmets I own...but the lady sent the helmet without payment first so I could examine it before payment sent anyway.
