M42 Single decal heer, opinions please!

Correct decal for an EF helmet , I'd say the chinstrap is the only liability. Strange to read all these negative replies concerning the decal.

I've got to say it still looks a bit iffy to me on this, I want a close look when I get home on a proper monitor now. If legit then the price becomes pretty good.

The paint, shell, and decal look good to me. The liner and chinstrap are lightly aged fakes IMO.

Just a quick update - The seller sent me the maker and lot numbers, it appears to be an EF66 shell with lot number 15358, any further opinions on the decal would be appreciated as we now know that it is an EF lid?

The lotnr database won't help you with regards to authenticity. Like I said it's a good decal and helmet , bad strap.
I stand by my opinion.
