i believe you all, i know its heer now, its just surprisingly gold for a heer decal : )

That it's Heer instead of KM has an effect on the value yes. I would not say suprisingly gold as a lot of Heer decals have toned over the years. It's not an uncommon or rare phenomenon. A lot of second rate dealers who don't know their decals sell Heer lids as KM to get more profit.
