My very first Geman helmet...Opinions?

My very first German helmet...'hope it's a good one! I'm not planning to collect a lot of helmets, but I wanted to have at least one of these iconic items.

I don't have the helmet just yet, but I won it for around 80 dollars - so I'm posting the seller's pics for now.

What I know: M35 - ET 66 - and they might be some traces of decals and maybe white camo(?)

What do you guys think? If looks good, I'll look for original liners, etc.

to be honest, I placed the 80 dollar bid, thinking that I would be outbid anyway - or with luck win it...
so was 80 dollars was a rip-off or a realistic price?

Personally I'd kept the 80 $ in my pocket and looked for an example that doesn't need to be build from the ground up.
Yes it will cost maybe 500-600 USD but at least it will be in much better condition with original parts and most importanly
untouched.

$80 is probably a good number for a relic collector. I don't mess with relics so it doesn't make any difference to me.

i would pay eighty nice find it has that old salty been thier done that look which most collectors look for nice find
