This is the very nice thing about relic helmets and battlefield relics in general. They have soul and "mystique" in them. Left where they were used by the men carrying them. This is why i love relics and digging the battlefields.

    Regards, Lars
If I ever make it over to Russia Lars, I'm coming digging with you!!
    Cheers Dan

As Paul wrote. You should try it out some time. It's very "thought provoking" driving round on the Eastern Front in 4X4 or an old 6X6 "Truman" truck. Also the excitement and expectations on what the trip will bring. It's seriously addictive
