It's not a combat helmet though if that's what you are looking for.

This is a civilian helmet - most probably used by a local fire department. the "salt shaker" air vents are the easiest giveaway. NOT a combat helmet.

those little leather arrow shaped things on the liner are for a leather kneck protector to attach to so yes fire brigade cheers ian

It is a M34 fire service helmet. I saw a mint no decal example last year at 50 euro's in Amsterdam, but did not bother to buy it.
Early examples have a metal 'comb' along the top.
