Got to agree with Mo on this one , both bad now theyve been cleared off

Thanks for your comments. I figured they were fake but wanted to make sure before I continued with my project.

Both decals are repro's. In addition, the shell is an M42. With very few exceptions, double decal M42 SS helmets are reverse decaled. Those were originally double decal Police, with Pocher runic decals placed over the Police decals. The decals on this one are early repros - the disc on the party shield is way too close to the top of the decal, and the graphics of the runic shield are bad.
