Field police helmets were issued as double decals. So there are DD M42s

I am glad to hear you are getting your money back, study genuine helmets closely before you buy, there are hundreds on this forum to look at, just do a search ,the only other thing I would add is if you see anything you like the look of , that you post it here first for review before you buy it. That will save you a lot of fuss and bother getting refunds. Leon.

Certainly wired helmets existed and this group are likely to be Police or something of that ilk.

I know that she is,but they are not in such quantities that Ebay.and him almost no Russian Front

At one point I had 300 Helmet german.
I sold all,now me any 200 helmet....all dug ou kurland....and any non-mesh.
I think that the northern front she was not popular

Agree field police can be found with wire or other forms of cammo M-42 DD police are issued I have seen many real ones. timothy
