Need Help Identifying My First Helmet

Starting an auction at $200 for a no decal civic type helmet sounds rather high to me, I think you'd be better off setting a fair BIN rather than auctioning. Just speaking from my point of view as a longtime ebayer here... it's a clean no decal helmet, don't get me wrong, it's just that starting an auction approx. $50 off of top price on ebay doesn't sound like the best idea. Up to you, of course... good luck selling it!

It is a all original square dip "salt Shaker vents" civil helmet as already stated probably used by Third Reich police, but you can see other units using them in period pictures. Agree with above most probably is police undecaled. timothy
