Need opinions on this double decal M42 Polizei helmet

Hi , looks all original but also looks a bit "ugly" with that horrid mark across the decal. I would wait for a nicer one personally. Leon.

No problems with this one.
If you can get it for a good price, it would be worth it.
Do you know what that is around the Polizei decal?

I do not know what is around de decal. Looks like some plastic tape which has been burnt... Haven't had the actual helm in my hands yet.. In the proces of buying it.

Looking forward to when you post it up after you get it.
It will be interesting to find out just what exactly that stuff is.
