I finally found another decal similiar to the one on my helmet after looking at over 100 other ones, this is probably a decal misprint, shadowing effect above the wings, head and top wreath. not sure how many are like this or how it happened but its good for future reference if you collect these, I know chris does......the second decal is mine btw.

They are the same,but the one you have is in better condition.
