Seems most say leave alone, but worried that the liner is drying out. I also have a USAAF leather flight cap that is aging.

From what I could fine here most indicate that Liberon Leather Cream is the best route.

Any opinions?

Leave it alone. If you do anything to the leather it will devalue it to serious collectors.
