Probably made from a shelter quarter I have had several of them giveway is they don't reverse to white and are not the thin material used on covers having said that there were probably field made ones out of worn shelter quarters but with them when were they made war or postwar. timothy

I have one similar to this, made from a zeltbahn, but like yours has no markings.As Timothy says no idea whether it is period or post war. Out of interest what colour is the thread?
