Why would the seller not include a close up of the most important part, the decal!!!! Any good seller would include this but maybe he is just a small time private seller, I also agree with all that was said above, 450 is fair compared to dealer prices.
I agree with the need for a good decal close up being required.
As for the $450 asking price, check out the below link from WAF, where the seller has kicked it down a tad.
Oddly though, the seller's description, and some of the photos are miles apart, so be cautious.
