The buyer has posted about an obvious and valid issue regarding a sale and members have been trying to help... I don't see anyone in "lynch mode" here. An update would be nice even though the seller is a "long term member". A seller has certain obligations towards the buyer no matter his standing within the community, IMO.

His 'day' job was running a pub on the Manchester Road near Oldham called 'Help the Poor Struggler', but was invariably known by locals as the 'Help the Poor Strangler'! Fact.
