post war helmet

Am I correct stating that thise helmet is post war?
And what is it exactly?
There are some marks on the inner ring, but hard to read.

Looks to be a war time m35 or m40, probably M35 as it has double decals which have been painted over and maybe a war time reissue. Not an expert on these so others will tell you more.

Looks like an M35. Need closer and clear pics of the decals. The liner looks bad, as does the strap.

could be late war reissue - they were older helmets repainted dark green

Decals look bad so paint is bad as well. Original helmet that has been messed with. Strap looks bad and I assume the liner is as well, though not my area.

Sorry,that one is a re-painted M35/M40 shell with terrible repo decals.Those decals look to be peeling away like a sticker!!The chinstrap is definatly looking repro to,as for the liner i am not sure but it has definatly been re-fitted into the helmet if it is a good one.A bad job all round i'm afraid.
