The rear of the liner should be sewn, not overlap. Post war leather liner and probably has vent holes on the forehead part. Can't help with the decal, sorry.

Shell value for this one in North America about $4-500 on dealer sites I would guess. Not sure of UK values as they tend to be a bit lower I am guessing.
