Pristine M40 single decal LW helmet

The closeup does indicate the 'dot' that we all like to see on an ET decal so i'm more comfortable with this now. The only remaining area of concern from my perspective is the 'shift' in the white backing which is generally more indicative of NS decals. Comments anyone?

The only thing that's post war in this helmet is the label on the chinstrap xDD nice helmet!!!

Hi Glenn,i can see what your getting at,but I feel that this is a good helmet and decal.I think the printing of the decal was just slightly mis-set,what little wear there is to it matches up exactly to the rest of the helmet. For me a beauty of a lid!! Leon.
