    Please post the pictures. You can provide a link but when the link dies this will be a useless thread taking up space. As for the helmet, save your money. And don't look for quality helmets on eBay. eBay is a minefield of fakes with the occasional genuine example.

    Not WW2 spec I think, probably used post war for some civic purpose.

    These were used post war as firemans helmets I believe.

    You can post photos yourself.

    Just copy them to your hard drive and then upload them using the forum`s uploading program.

    with all due respect , I hope you quickly buy your first genuine helmet so we can forget about topics like these. There have been enough of these joker ebay helmets posted that'll last us a lifetime and they seem to draw the attention away from the really good and useful topics.
