My instinct is that this is a fake including fake decals but want to be sure just in case. I’m even more suspecting that it’s fake because I got it from Ukraine. Any assistance in vetting I greatly appreciated.

Looks like an Original Relic shell that has been repainted and Fake decals added

Yes faked, looks like it just got done being painted and decals look brand new, everything is shiny..

Might be an original "relic" shell as stated but can't be 100% sure. If it is a relic, it looks like someone added quite a bit of "bondo" body filler to it.
And yes, as said above, paint and decals are probably circa 2018/19
