Welcome but as said much better pictures will be needed as well as more information (Maker/Size/Lot number)
Close straight on pictures of both decals are needed (not on an angle and large enough to be able to see them clearly) as well as clear pictures of all sides and the inside.
Check out this thread (Post #1) as an example of how to take the pictures.

Even at the horrendous angle the Party shield is bad.
And a split pin that sticks out like a sore thumb.
