Remains of a KM decal?

Article about: Hi, is it possible, from only this remains ot decal to know if can be a KM decal? (to tell the truth, in reality it appears more yellow than in the picture...) Thanks Partisan

    Under magnification, it looks totally white(absolutely no gold flakes visible to my eyes), so I am assuming it's likely a Heer.
