I can only add that the camo cover is from the pattern 43 & 44 types (from my observations 43 type has far more variations compared to the 44 type) and looks to be field made - note the part rb no. on the top loop, all of this material could be from a reversible smock other than the 44 type side panel. Certainly genuine camouflage material
one more note- there is also obvious stitching remnants on the other side panel so defo from a cut up garment
