This helmet came locally although I cannot be sure it was used here. It has be overpainted with ordnance tan coloured paint and the eagle revealed after painting. It is an unusual colour to be used here but having said that there are photos in existence with Luftwaffe flak troops wearing this sort of colour helmet.
