The big hole was dug many years back and a lot of semi relic lids were sold from it. There were also large pits filled with gas mask tins and other objects buried in the same area of Holland at the same time.

Here's another one, I'm not sure whether this is a known picture or not. Found in a swedish book about the ww2 from 1947.
