The eagle looks too big to be a RAD decal, but either way a refund should be forthcoming

Its sure the decal is not correct. but this helmet is made pre 45, no? or am i so stupid?

Its a M42, and looks period but its been messed with, i would however like to see the makers marks and the liner in better photos

i took pictures of the marks, this one is a little bit visuable, says N562,
the other mark is too flue on the picture but i'll try tomorow to make new pictures

That should read NS 62, the lot number should help to prove what this helmets original designation was

m42 wehrmacht helmet 4sure! probarly a rad reissue.

Definitely NOT an RAD. It also is not an NSKK bird. The insignia appears to be painted, and I would bet the farm it is not period.

It looks like a political eagle, IMO. Possibly touched up by the soldat in the field or by a GI post war...if real,that is
