Hi, that's a real nice camo lid.
It certainly has a chance of being a good one. The edge wear appears to be right.
Camo helmets today seem to have turned into a mine field.
I will suggest that you wait for our helmet experts to chime in Sir.
Guys, anymore opinions on this lid (forgive my impatience I'm new round here) but the more I look the wear does look a tad contrived (maybe) so I would like to hear any other views/opinions.
Now i'm far from being an expert but i dont see a problem with the wear!?I know who you bought it from and usually hes helmets are good.
Thats not a 100% guarantee but still its something.
Regards,
Emanuil.
Phil, I have been burned on camo helmets before, but I have got to say I really like this one.

I will add a disclaimer. I one thing that concerns me is that it has everything, a decal,a name, camo, clips on the front and back. It has everything you are looking for in one helmet that it my only concern, if that makes any sense.

tank destroyer, I agree it just looks to perfect (not saying that's wrong) but it even has the right amount of wear marks where the wire makes contact with the shell.
Many thanks for your answer.
Before buying it, I sent photos to Doug Buhler, and for him, it's OK.
Other opinions are welcome...
He is one of the best.
