Of these two: Which would you choose?

I generaly prefere the M35s but in this case id go for the 42 , just looks more combat been there look for me , cheers Raymond

In terms of a vote it looks to be an even amount for both.
Personaly however i would go for an M35 everytime as they are a much better quality Helmet and it has much more history.The M42 however is probably rarer having a decal at all but that may have been added postwar

Take a look at the left hand side of that M42 decal.
The seperation could not have been done by being hit with anything as the decal would have chipped right off.This in my opinion has been done during application.To me that would be a big warning that it may be an original decal that has been added to increase value.
However it does look quite good

I like them both and would also have a hard time deciding. I think, though, that I would go with the M35. Mostly because it is the older of the two.
